Specialized Residential Support for Youth with Complex Needs

Connections365 provides structured Behavioral Rehabilitation Services in partnership with the State of Oregon to support youth requiring a higher level of care.

Overview

Connections365 operates licensed Behavioral Rehabilitation Services (BRS) programs designed to serve youth with significant behavioral and emotional needs.

These programs provide a safe, structured environment where youth can stabilize, develop essential skills, and prepare for successful transitions to lower levels of care.

Our BRS programs are delivered in close partnership with the Oregon Youth Authority and other referral partners to ensure coordinated, consistent support.

Connections365 operates two residential programs on our south Salem campus. Young men are referred to these programs through Oregon’s juvenile justice system and are provided with all basic living needs, as well as individualized services to address personal areas of growth. These programs provide at-risk youth with the stability they need to return to a residential or community placement rather than being committed to a correctional facility. Youth receive care and direction, educational services, counseling and case management from Connections365’s residential program’s round-the-clock staff.
