Mentoring – Connections365’s mentoring program works with youth who need additional care in the form of a mentor. Youth are referred to us by state and county agencies.

Mental Health Services – Connections365’s Mental Health Unit is dedicated to serving youth and families who find themselves in need of counseling and case management services. These services include one-on-one individual counseling and in-home and skills training support as needed. A team of qualified and licensed counselors is available to provide these services. Connections365 serves clients in Marion and Polk Counties who are covered by the Oregon Health Plan.

Project 180 Enhanced Probation Diversion Program – Project 180 serves young people involved with the Oregon Youth Authority. The residential facility provides a staffed, secure, structured living environment for youth in crisis. Placements vary from seven to 90 days, depending on the youth’s ongoing needs. Program hallmarks are immediate response to referrals, quick placement, and thorough evaluation of the youth offender in preparation for his next placement.

The Continuum Intensive Behavioral Services Program – The Continuum is a community based residential program serving young men in custody of Oregon Youth Authority.  The residential home will provide a 24/7 secure structured living environment with rotating staff.  The placement will be approximately one year in the program with an intensive transition processes both into the program and from the program.
