After graduating from Washington State University, earning her degree in Education, Carolyn taught in the Salem-Keizer school District for thirty-two years. When she retired from teaching, Carolyn worked as a Real Estate Broker for eleven years.
Together with her husband Ken, they raised their three children in the Keizer area. Carolyn enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially her five grandchildren.
Fun Fact: When Carolyn retired from teaching, she took six Whiteaker eighth grade girls to Europe with another teacher for two weeks with no mishaps!
