Jim Pleiman joined the Connections365 Board in December of 2018.  He retired from Merck and Co, where he served as the Vice President Supply Chain for their global consumer business.  While at Merck, Jim had the opportunity to travel extensively and was amazed by the people and sights he observed in over a dozen countries. He and his wife of 45 years, relocated to Salem almost 10 years ago.  Together, they raised their 3 children, who are now all located in the western United States (Oregon and California).  Jim has been involved with community work and numerous nonprofit organizations for the past 30 years and is grateful to currently be working with the Connections365 Team to contribute to their very important Mission of serving youth in our community and throughout Oregon..

Fun Fact:  Jim enjoys both playing and watching several sports.  (As a graduate of Indiana University, he has only recently gained an appreciation for watching college football.)
