At Connections365, we work to bring healing to youth and families through various behavioral health services including treatment foster care, mentoring, outpatient mental health and residential care. As a therapist, you will be providing individual, group, and family therapy and/or supervision. The Mental Health Therapist position is responsible for planning, providing, and assessing treatment services and performance in all mental health/mentoring programs. This position may be responsible to directly supervise subordinate mental health and mentoring staff in their day-to-day performance of duties.
Direct Care Providers work alongside youth providing skill building, supervision, behavioral interventions, and daily care and support. We are currently hiring full-time (32 hours/week) residential direct care staff who will be working with up to five young men ranging in age from 15-25 that are on probation or parole.
Mentors work one-on-one and occasionally in group settings to teach and develop pro-social skills, provide support during challenging behaviors, and connect youth with community resources. Our youth range in age from 8 to 18, have various mental health diagnoses, and experience moderate to intense behaviors. It is Connection365’s goal to help each client successfully reach their individualized treatment goals and realize their potential.
